Disclaimer

• At Strictly Swimming we take the upmost care and attention when conducting our lessons. Your safety is of the upmost importance. However, there is also a duty of care for each swimmer during each lesson. Care and attention is required within the pool and surrounding areas, as any body of water has obvious inherent risks including, and not limited to drowning.
• Strictly Swimming, the health club and its instructors do not accept any responsibility for any death, injury or loss suffered during a lesson. The client accepts full responsibility that they are in good physical health and fit to attend swimming lessons. 
• Medical issues and injuries are passed to the instructor after registration and bookings, however, please note it is your responsibility to discuss your medical condition with your instructor that may affect your health whilst under their instruction.
• We are happy to discuss any of our Terms and Conditions, Code of Conduct and this Disclaimer at your time of booking.
• A cover coach may be provided during a course but the course programme will continue as usual.
• Safety in our lessons and your well-being is our priority.

Cancellations & Refunds

• All payments are non-refundable under any circumstances including triathlon/group courses and gift vouchers. All sessions must be used within four months of purchase (for packages of six lessons and weekend packages) and within six months of purchase (for packages of ten lessons). If lessons are not used within this period, lessons cannot be refunded or carried forward.
• Please be aware that we have a 24-hour cancellation policy for all individual lessons. If you need to cancel for any reason, please call us immediately. Full payment is required for lessons cancelled within this 24-hour period.
• Cash payments must be made in full on the poolside to the coach before the start of the lesson.
• The lesson will be deemed to have started at the pre-arranged time. Any lost time due to late arrival cannot be guaranteed to be made up at the end of the lesson (this will be at the discretion and availability of the coach).
• ​All time slots for lessons and packages are subject to availability within a calendar week.
• Credits cannot be given for any missed sessions during our 6 week courses. Missed lessons on triathlon and group courses cannot be transferred to individual lessons. We reserves the right to cancel any course due to insufficient enrolment. In this case we will offer to transfer you to another course or offer a full refund.
• Covid-19: All packages and gift vouchers expiration dates will be extended by the amount of time that the pool was closed due to lock-down. Lessons must be completed as soon as the clubs reopen.

Unless stated otherwise, copyright and other intellectual property rights in the contents ("Contents") of this Website are owned by, or licensed to, Strictly Swimming. You may only print (or download to disk) the Contents for the purpose of private and personal non-commercial use, and may not otherwise copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post or transmit, in any form whatsoever, or by any means, the contents without the express permission of Strictly Swimming (Please see "Further Inquiry").

Strictly Swimming is committed to protecting your privacy. Strictly Swimming agrees to treat all personal information you supply in accordance with the Data Proctection Act. Strictly Swimming will respect your e-mail privacy, and will only send you unsolicited mail if you have agreed to this. Strictly Swimming will not pass on any individual user details (including your e-mail address) unless Strictly Swimming has your prior consent.

Third party websites: This Website contains links to other websites. These websites are not operated by Strictly Swimming and are outside the control of Strictly Swimming. Strictly Swimming accepts no responsibility whatsoever for these websites or their contents.
