Swimming is referred to as the five star form of exercise as it makes you breathe more heavily, the water acts as resistance training, it is low impact on your body. Swimming also tones your whole body working all key muscle groups. It is a fantastic boost to your heart and lungs and it can be more relaxing than running as the water takes your body weight. Our Swim Fit lessons are available to swimmers of different levels. You will be performing fitness training in the water, so you are a required to be able to swim a minimum of 800 metres. Our Swim Fit lessons are designed for swimmers of different speeds, so why not come along and try a lesson? |

CANCELLATION | Please be aware that we have a 24 hour cancellation policy for all lessons. If you need to cancel a lesson for any reason, please call us immediately.
