MelindaSWIMMING COACH
I began swimming at an early age, since the age of 5. I have been swimming competitively both at the national and international levels in Swimming, Finswimming, and long-distance swimming for more than 17 years. I am a former Finswimming European champion and Junior World Champion with a WC Record. This high level of preparation and training for different sports events has taught me discipline, perseverance, and precision which I follow at my work also. Having completed my degree in the faculty of Sport and Health Science in Hungary (B.Sc. in Recreation Management and Health Promotion Programme) I began working in the swimming and fitness industry. I also completed my Personal Trainer Level 3 and Swimming qualification along with other valuable CPDs. I believe in life-long learning, so I often spend my time doing further reading about specific injuries, illnesses, nutrition science to be able to further assist my clients in reaching their goals. I would love to share the knowledge I have gained over the long haul; to help clients achieve their goals been set for themselves; to introduce clients to the recreational and competitive sports' technical, emotional, physical, psychological and mental aspects may experiencing. I am happy to help people with all abilities and backgrounds, from water phobia and learning to swim, through to a competitive level. I am happy for helping clients recognize their strengths through learning a new skill, SWIMMING. Taking a challenge makes everyone stronger. |
