Arvids has been involved with swimming for more than three decades. This lifelong passion have culminated with multiple National Championship titles and representing his country on international level. For last ten years he has been using his in depth knowledge to help wide range of swimmers achieve their existing goals as well as set out and train for new achievements be it in the pool or open water. |
