Video analysis is the process by which coaches and athletes review video footage of training practices to improve performance.

Digital Video Analysis is often used in sports science to analyze and correct mechanical motion. Our video analysis service allows the Strictly Swimming coaches to playback your swimming performance and identify the problem areas in your stroke. This has proved an invaluable tool with many of our clients, by instantly revealing and overcoming technique issues.

How does it work?
Such analysis is carried out live during a training session, allowing the swimmer to view their performance instantly and correct their technique immediately. Your coach will give you detailed instructions on incorrect positioning, timing and deficiencies in your stroke, followed by  tips on how to improve them. A copy of each video will be given to each swimmer following each session. Such visualisation allows the swimmer  to compare what actually happened, to what they thought happened.

CANCELLATION | Please be aware that we have a 24 hour cancellation policy for all lessons. If you need to cancel a lesson for any reason, please call us immediately. Full payment is required for lessons cancelled within 24 hours. Refunds will not be given for packages and courses. EXPIRY PERIODS  |   All sessions must be completed within a 4 months period for packages of 6 lessons and 6 months for packages of 10 lessons.
