Cancellations

Courses: Should you need to cancel, courses are non refundable unless we can replace you with a reserve (we will do our upmost to try and replace you with a reserve). Credits cannot be given for any missed sessions during the 8 week course.

One to Ones: Please be aware that we have a 24 hour cancellation policy for all individual lessons. If you need to cancel a lesson for any reason, please call us immediately. Full payment is required for lessons cancelled within 24 hours. Refunds will not be given for block booking payments. All sessions must be completed within a 6 months period for block bookings.

Group lessons: Please be aware that we have a 24 hour cancellation policy for all group lessons. If you need to cancel a lesson for any reason, please call us immediately. Full payment is required for lessons cancelled within 24 hours.

Exclusion of liability

Strictly Swimming does not accept liability of any description, including liability for negligence (except for personal injury or death), or any damages or losses (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss, or loss of business, revenue, profits, use or opportunity) howsoever arising from your use (or inability to use) this Website or the Contents.

Governing law

This website and these Terms are governed exclusively by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
