New Aqua Therapy Sessions
Why not benefit from one of our new Aqua Therapy sessions? The supportive nature of the water on the body makes these sessions the perfect addition, or alternative, to rehabilitating your old or new injury.
With the help of one of our therapists, our Aqua Therapy sessions will be tailored to support your rehabilitation without the fear of irritating your injury (whether it be building muscle and connective tissue around the injury, or maintaining a fitness level during a programme of rehabilitation to the affected area).
Home exercises prescribed by your physio or osteopath can be enhanced in the water under the guidance of our therapists. Remember swimming is always pitched as the ideal exercise as it is non weight bearing. With more structured aftercare, our aqua therapy sessions can speed up your rate of recovery.
Aqua Therapy package: 1 x 60 minute (initial consultation) plus 3 x 45 minute sessions (including review after 4 sessions)
Package price: £180
